Your Health
Disclaimer: All of the work and trainings provided by NSEAS and it’s staff is not intended to diagnose, treat, substitute or replace any kind of medical health care, psychological care and psychiatric care. You are responsible to continue with your medical care, psychological treatment, psychiatric care with your doctors and other licenses healthcare professionals. Please consult your medical doctors before stopping or changing the dosage of any medications. The contents of workshops are for educational purposes only. You are responsible for all your decisions, all your actions and growth in your life. By purchasing any services/workshops, you are agreeing to all of the above. Thank you.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.
Refunds
All sales are FINAL. NextStage Expanded Awareness Society has a NO REFUND policy. The purchaser is solely responsible for evaluating all products and services before making payment. Exceptions to this policy are only made when events, trainings or programs are cancelled by NextStage Expanded Awareness Society.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis determined by your subscription type.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”).
You further acknowledge and agree that the Service and NextStage Expanded Awareness Society shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
NextStage Expanded Awareness Society reserves the right to refuse and/or deny its offerings to any individual at any time.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
