What is wellness? Here at NextStage, we define wellness as achieving your full potential through the balance of your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical bodies. When you’re fully in balance, and your bodies are unified into a congruent whole, you can experience true wellness and the incredible personal power that comes with it.

Your path to holistic wellness begins with learning to become more aware – more aware of yourself and everything around you that is influencing you on a daily basis. Expanding your awareness of your life can help you identify mental roadblocks, unproductive behaviors, draining relationships, negative energy in your life, and anything else that may be holding you back from becoming your best You.

Once you’re aware, you then have the power to take back control and choose your most successful life.

This introduction to The Practice will lead you through a variety of exercises and techniques designed to help you expand your awareness, all of which are based on ancient wisdom and modern science. This workshop can give you the tools not only to cope with everyday life, but to allow you to experience far more happiness and give you the control you need to live your life how you chose.

What you will learn
Holistic wellness and the true balance of your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical self is a choice. You will learn exercises and techniques that can give you the expanded awareness and personal power you need to make that choice, and to release the incredible and unique You inside you.

Format and what to expect
The Practicing Wellness workshop is a 1.5-2 hour event conducted live online in small groups, via webinar. When you register you will receive your webinar login instructions. The session is fun and friendly, and you’ll be taught a variety of techniques and practices which you can use on a daily basis to help expand your awareness and achieve true wellness. Sessions are never recorded for your privacy.
